Our Mission
Northallan is an independent Computer Consultancy
Company whose aim is to provide value for money support for Customers in a
variety of disciplines including Service Management Consultancy,
ISO20000
assessment, support, accreditation and re-assessment, and SLA Policing,
a service to monitor Customer and Supplier
Service Level
Agreements. We also
heavily support development of ISO20000 through Special Interest Groups.
Company Profile
Northallan was
founded in 2000 by a number of dedicated computer systems professionals whose objective
was to ensure systems implementations, particularly in the Service Management
arena, were implemented efficiently. This desire has been further
enabled by the establishment of ISO20000 - Specification for IT Service
Management. The achievement of this Standard will provide a
stable source of measurement for the Service Management process.
Northallan support all aspects of the Standard, and also provide a range of
other products.
