Company Profile
Northallan was
founded by a number of dedicated computer systems professionals whose objective
was to ensure systems implementations, particularly in the Service Management
arena, were implemented efficiently. This desire has been further
enabled by the establishment of BS15000 - Specification for IT Service
Management. The achievement of this Standard will provide a
stable source of measurement for the Service Management process.
Northallan support all aspects of the Standard, and also provide a range of
