Pre-loaded data

Pre-loaded data files are model assessment formats devised and created by Northallan.   They are based on Best Practice Service Management techniques, with extensive extra question power supplied by Northallan's analysts.    Various levels of pre-loaded data are provided as part of each purchased or licensed offering.   The thumbnails enable an enlarged view

The Super Top Assessment is a distillation of more than a thousand questions from fifteen Service Management disciplines compressed into an initial fifteen questions occupying one screen page.   The fifteen are carefully devised cross-discipline summaries.  Each of these has a further three or four pop-up secondary questions.   Overview assessment is immediate.   Completion time is designed to be less than one hour.    Click the thumbnail to see brief view of a portion of the entry form with assessment calculated.

SMART Lite is a more detailed version of the Super Top assessment, offering fifteen sets of questions, one page representing each Service Management discipline.   Each of these has a further three or four pop-up secondary questions.      Completion time is designed to be around one day.
 
SMART Full Assessment is a fully detailed version of ISO20000 assessment questions.    Many questions are accompanied by a number of pop-up secondary questions, designed to qualify and enhance the assessment process.    Completion time is between three and four days, dependent upon the level of preparation prior to the assessment.

SMART Informal Assessment is designed to offer humour alongside a brief but competent set of questions which is ideally designed to encourage doubters into the fold, or perhaps as a taster during a seminar to promote better employee awareness of assessment processes.
