itSMF 2005 Conference and Exhibition

We will be at the 2005 event in the capacity of presentation-makers.   See the article below for further details

Conference Presentations

Northallan have presented papers on BS15000 and other assessment-based topics at each of the 2003, 2004 and 2005 HD & IT shows, and at the 2005 itSMF conference in Brighton co-presented with one of our Customers, Daimler Chrysler UK.   The presentation was broadly based around 'ITIL SIP implementation during a period of change'.

HD & IT Support Show 2005

Northallan took part in this popular event, and saw the emerging changes in the nature of the visitors (and some of the other exhibitors).     Many overseas visitors from Asia visited our stand, and those from China were particularly interested in our products and services.

The Brighton Metropole once again hosted the event, the leading UK forum for all things ITIL and BS15000.    See the itSMF Conference report for further details of this successful event.

HD & IT Support Show 2003

Olympia was the venue once again for this popular and well-organised exhibition.     Northallan were on stand 460, showing the latest version of SMART, the IT assessment tool.     We also delivered a seminar address - 'BS15000: why assessment and eventual accreditation will improve your business'.    Attendees expressed general interest and support for the topic, and a number of exhibition attendees will be undertaking SMART assessment in the next few months.    BS15000 is largely based on ITIL principles, and is supported by the itSMF.

A wide variety of visitors from all scales and sectors, along with Students and other academics visited our stand.    Subjects under discussion included BS15000, ITIL, Software package selection, general consultancy and the wet weather!
