itSMF 2002

Northallan appeared on Stand C3 at the itSMF Conference in the Metropole Hotel, Brighton, on November 11th and 12th 2002.   The Conference and associated exhibition hosted a gathering of leading Service Management practitioners from around the world.

We demonstrated a number of our products, including SMART, the Service Management assessment tool.    Among the many comments received were "the most comprehensive product we have seen";   "we liked the budget optimisation features - we always have problems deciding where to get the best value for money in our budgeting"
